Refund and Returns Policy

Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.
 

Non-returnable items:

  • Downloadable software products
  • Job Ad placements that have gone live

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:

  • Any item purchased more than 30 days prior

Refunds

Once your return request is acknowledged, we will send you an email to notifying you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If the refund is approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain number of days.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t been notified of a refund yet, first check your bank account or credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us.

Sale items

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges

Rather than have an item refunded, purchased items can be exchanged for credit on other items.
