We are looking for a passionate bar and cocktail professional to develop a fabulous reputation of unforgettable beverage creations that will raise eyebrows and tantalise taste buds. You will work with a team of dedicated bar staff, as you bring to life this new venue that is focused on providing an amazing experience for each and every one of our guests.

About You:
– You are naturally passionate, energetic and motivated and take great pride in your work
– An enormous passion for providing guests with an exceptional experience
– Proven cocktail experience gained within high-end bars, hotels or hatted restaurants, with a desire to think outside the square
– An entrepreneurial style and drive for bar operations
– Exceptional presentation and communication skills
