On the second floor is Rekodo, our newest offering, a nod to Japanese listening rooms, Rekōdo blurs the line between food, drink and music to create an immersive restaurant and music experience with a Japanese twist. Our patrons can order from the menu or dine Omakase style, whilst our chefs select a playlist of dishes for them to enjoy.
On the rooftop is Smoke, our premium cocktail bar boasting front row views of the harbour, where our guests can enjoy premium snacks and shares whilst sipping theatrical cocktails on balmy afternoons or star lit nights.
The Role
Overseeing two kitchen operations, your main base will be at Rekodo, a sleek open kitchen with all the best gadgets. With multiple concepts and offerings, this is a great opportunity to showcase your creativity across three levels.
Your role will involve all of the kitchen operation essentials, including the day to day management of the service, training and upskilling the brigade, back of house administration, building relationships with suppliers and designing unique seasonal specials and menus for our world class venue.
Your exceptional leadership skills and ability to multi task in a high volume operation, will set you up for success and enable you to hit the ground running. Reporting to the Group Executive Chef, you will have exceptional mentors at your fingertips and the opportunity to collaborate, inspire and create!
