About the Role:
As Head Chef, you will oversee all aspects of the kitchen operations, including food preparation, cooking and presentation to ensure consistency and quality in this fantastic venue. You will lead a talented culinary team and ensure that every dish is creative and exceeds guests expectations. You will ensure effective financial management of budgets with a focus on cost of goods and staff rostering, whilst developing a positive team culture and ensuring the continual learning and growth of their kitchen crew.

About You:
- Proven experience as a senior chef, with strong knowledge of all facets of food production
- Exceptional culinary skills and a creative approach to menu development
- Ability to lead and motivate a diverse and creative team
- Up to date knowledge on current food trends and methods of cooking
- Experience in the creation and development of menus
- Enjoy working to high standards in a fast-paced environment
- Highly organised with the ability to supervise, support and lead the team in kitchen operations
- Strict compliance towards food safety
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee kitchen operations, including inventory management, food preparation, and equipment maintenance
- Manage the kitchen functions and monitor day-to-day performance
- Ensure all food operations are compliant with relevant regulations
- Motivate the team to create a memorable experience for all customers
- Communicate effectively with management and staff
- Research and develop new menus
- Complete orders and oversee stock control
