A truly unique opportunity to work with not one, but TWO world-renowned MASTER SOMMELIERS.  We are on the hunt for passionate and talented Sommeliers to join our teams for Sydney’s brightest year yet.

We are looking for a variety of Sommelier’s across our group:

• Head Sommelier
• Assistant Head Sommelier
• Sommeliers

As part of the Merivale Sommelier Group, you will need to be a team player, teach and share your wine knowledge, inspire others in your team to deliver exceptional guest experiences.  You are a valued part of our restaurant teams and you’ll set the standard for service and share your knowledge with all our guests to ensure their experiences at our Merivale venues are memorable ones.

With roles at various levels, we are looking for Sommeliers who are serious about their career progression, professional development, who love what they do and exceptional when it comes to providing an impeccable guest experience.

To be successful in this role you will have:

• Some knowledge of new and old world wines as well as modern trends in natural wine
• Wine Qualification would be highly regarded.
