The Role
We are looking for a senior sous chef to join the team at MuMu, if you have similar experience and a passion for South-East Asian cuisine this could be the next role for you.
- 2-3 years experience as a sous chef in a high-end restaurant or similar style venue
- Strong Asian cooking experience in all sections including wok
- Can support the head chefs and help manage a large team of 25+ chefs
- Good understanding of Asian flavours and cooking techniques
- Follows direction well, good communication and execution
- Understanding of financials, WH&S and enjoys motivating and driving a team
