The Opportunity

We are looking for a CDP who comes with a good understanding of Japanese cuisine and an eye for detail.  Experience in either sushi and sashimi or tempura is a must for this role along with:

• 2+ years’ experience in a high-end Japanese restaurant or similar

• Good communication, organisation and attitude
• Well presented, professional and good hygiene practises
• Can manage a section and experience with teppanyaki desirable
• Confident preparing dishes with a high level of execution and presentation
