Adjoining the chic cocktail lounge Hemmesphere on Establishment’s fourth floor, Sushi e is one of the few authentic sushi bars in Sydney and enjoys a dedicated following of sushi fans around the world.
The Opportunity
We are looking for a CDP who comes with a good understanding of Japanese cuisine and an eye for detail. Experience in either sushi and sashimi or tempura is a must for this role along with:
- 2+ years’ experience in a high-end Japanese restaurant or similar
- Good communication, organisation and attitude
- Well presented, professional and good hygiene practises
- Can manage a section and experience with teppanyaki desirable
- Confident preparing dishes with a high level of execution and presentation
